Uzbekistan is a landlocked country in Central Asia, and one of only two doubly landlocked countries in the world. The long and rich history has left Uzbekistan with a multitude of architectural treasures and historical sites that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites today. Uzbek cuisine is very diverse and contains elements from various cultures that have influenced the country throughout its history.
