About The University

• Gregory T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMP) is a public university in Iași, Romania.
• It was established in 1879 as the Faculty of Medicine. It eventually joined hands with the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Dental Medicine to become one of the country's oldest higher education institutions.
• The university is proud of its valuable teaching team as well as its updated technology basis, which is appropriate for the teaching procedure and scientific research activity.
• UMP offers Bachelor's degrees, Master's degrees, Doctoral degrees, and Postgraduate programs in medicine and pharmacy
• The university has over 7,000 students and 600 academic staff
